Uglješa Novaković
Saxophonist, arranger and composer.
Uglješa was born in 1983 in Belgrade, Serbia. Completed the master studies in Graz, Austria, in the class of professor Karlheinz Miklin. During his studies he took lessons for one year with the legendary saxophonist Don Menza and attended sax courses with Jery Bergonzy, Dave Libman, Bob Mintzer, Brad Lilly and many others.
He works as saxophonist and also an arranger in many orchestras, including Big Band RTS and Big Band HRT. Uglješa played with famous Gregory Hutchinson, Duško Gojković, Tony Lakatosh, Mario Gonzy, Martin Gjakonovski, Klaus Rejbler and many others.
